Now more than ever, going into private practice as a mental health provider is needed...
Mental Health Clinicians are needed now more than ever. It is the perfect time to be going into private practice.
Here's the problem... Grad schools do not prepare clinicians for being in private practice. True, we get a lot of great clinical training, but, very little knowledge on the business side of providing mental health services.
The other problem is this: clinicians that go to work for an agency or other public entity find that case loads are high which quickly leads to burn-out.
Private practice gives the autonomy and flexibility to set your own schedule, work with your ideal clients, plus, have a greater earning potential.
The Practice Launch Club will help you accomplish all of this. Learn the business side of things plus give you the autonomy that only private practice can provide.
There is a lot to think about when you start a private practice...
Office space or where to see clients
Intake Systems and Processes
Credit Card Systems
Office Assistance and Admin Staff
EHR's and Software Systems
Branding and Naming Your Practice
Marketing and Networking
Creating Referral Sources
Starting an LLC
Hiring an Accountant
3rd Party Payors or Not
Owning a private practice shouldn't be intimidating...
