Gordon Brewer, LMFT has been in private practice as a therapist for over 10 years and the owner and president of Kingsport Counseling Associates, PLLC in Kingsport, TN, a small and dynamic group practice serving a rural population.

He is also the person behind The Practice of Therapy Podcast & Blog. "I have learned a lot over the last 10 years, some of it the hard way. I want to share what I have learned about running a group practice and help you be successful in your private practice journey".

S. David Hall, PsyD, LMFT, LPC

Dr. Stephen "David" Hall is the founder and director of Haven Counseling Center in Knoxville, TN where he leads a team of over 10 therapists in serving their community in a mid-size city.

David is a licensed in marriage & family therapy and in mental health counseling and serves as a supervisor.

David also leads a continuing education and consulting group call PsychMaven, and helps practices looking with private pay growth and alternative income sources such as medication management and workshops.
